I am so excited to be teaching this remediation class. Although I have taught many math remediation classes, I have never taught all subjects! I hope we all learn a lot! I do not have a syllabus nor have I decided how I will grade this class. I feel that this is one of the few classes based on student need instead of requirements. That is exciting; however it does put pressure on each student to do the best they can! My goal is to have 100% of my remediation students passing all areas of the AHSGE by the end of December!!!! THAT is a very high goal that I have set for myself and my students, but I feel that together we can do it! I will do everything in my power to help your child pass these test; however, in the end, THEY have to take the test! I look forward to working with this class for the next 18 weeks!
